Who we are

What data we collect
Through the contact form we only collect the data you give us: name, phone number, e-mail (optional), town or village and the description of the job. If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp or e-mail, we receive the data you choose to share with us through those channels.
Why we use it
- to respond to your request and send you a quote (legal basis: steps taken prior to entering into a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR);
- to carry out the work and invoice it, if you become a client (legal basis: contract and legal obligations).
We do not use the data for advertising and we do not sell it to anyone.
How long we keep it
Requests that do not lead to a contract are deleted after no more than 12 months. Client data is kept for the duration of the contract and then for as long as legal obligations require (for example, accounting records).
Who we share it with
The data may be processed by our service providers, only to the extent necessary and under a duty of confidentiality: Cloudflare (website hosting and forwarding form messages by e-mail) and our e-mail and accounting providers.
Cookies
This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. The fonts are hosted on our own server, without sending data to third parties.
Visitor statistics
To know how many people visit the website and which pages are read, we use Fathom Analytics. Fathom does not use cookies, does not store IP addresses and does not create visitor profiles; we only see aggregated, anonymous statistics (for example, the number of visits per page and the country of origin).
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. To exercise any of them, write to us at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (www.dataprotection.ro).
