New electrical installations

We carry out the complete electrical installation for houses, apartments, offices and commercial spaces. We start from the plans, from photos or a video of the space and, only if needed, from a site visit; together we decide where the sockets, switches and light fittings go, then we size the circuits for the actual consumption.

We do the first fix before plastering and come back at the end to fit the switches and sockets.

Rewiring old installations

Many apartments in older blocks of flats still have aluminium wiring, designed for a fridge and a TV. Today, with a hob, an oven, a washing machine and air conditioning, it heats up and becomes a risk.

We replace it with a new copper installation, with separate circuits and residual current protection, causing as little disruption as possible.

Electrical panels

The electrical panel (distribution board) is the heart of the installation. We install new panels, upgrade old panels with fuses and move panels to more accessible positions.

Every circuit is labelled, so you know exactly what you are switching off when you need to.

PRAM measurements

PRAM is the Romanian term for testing the earthing system and the installation. We measure the earthing resistance, the continuity of the protective conductors and the insulation resistance. The results are recorded in a test report.

Businesses need these checks periodically and for inspections, and homes need them when a new installation is handed over or for the grid connection file.

Earthing systems

A good earthing system protects you from electric shock when an appliance develops a fault. We build new earthing systems and rebuild those that are no longer within the required values.

We connect the earthing system to the electrical panel and measure it at the end, so you get the test report together with the work.

Indoor and outdoor lighting

We design and install lighting for homes, offices, shops, halls and outdoor spaces. Switching to LED noticeably reduces consumption, especially where the lights stay on for many hours.

Documentation and grid connection

For a new building, a power increase or a change of electricity supplier, you need paperwork. We prepare the technical documentation for the internal installation and guide you through the steps required by the grid operator.

Rates

What the labour costs

Simple and transparent. The assessment from photos or video and the written quote are free.

from 250 lei + VAT / hour

Per electrician. That is from 302.50 lei per hour including VAT (21%). Payment is made in lei (RON).

One hour minimum

Every job is invoiced at least one hour of labour.

Materials and travel extra

They are invoiced separately from the labour and are itemised in the written quote, before we start.
