Earthing systems for houses and buildings
The earthing system carries fault current into the ground and protects you from electric shock when an appliance develops a fault. We build new earthing systems, renew existing ones that no longer meet the required values and connect them properly to the electrical panel, with measurements at the end.

How an earthing system is built
An earthing system is made of metal electrodes driven into the ground and bonded together, then connected to the electrical panel. Its resistance is measured at the end; if it is not within the limit set by the standard, we add electrodes until it is.
If the building already has an earthing system, we measure it first. Depending on the result, we extend it with new electrodes or renew it.
For earthing and surge protection we use DEHN materials, from a German manufacturer. In home electrical panels we fit DEHNguard MP Push-in surge arresters.
At the end you receive the test report, useful for the handover, for the grid connection and for inspections.

How much an earthing system costs
The price depends on the type of soil and how many electrodes are needed to bring the earthing system within the required values. Materials are invoiced separately from labour.
All rates- Labour from 250 lei + VAT per hour per electrician (302.50 lei incl. VAT)
- A minimum of one hour is charged
- Materials and travel are invoiced separately, itemised in the written quote
- The assessment from photos or video and the quote are free
- Payment is in lei (RON)
Frequently asked questions
Questions about earthing systems
How can I tell whether I have an earthing system?
Sockets with earth contacts do not guarantee that there is a good earthing system behind them. The only reliable way is a measurement; we carry it out and tell you the result.
Does a residual current device replace the earthing system?
No. The standard is clear that a residual current device is not a sole means of protection. In older installations where the neutral also acts as the protective conductor (a TN-C system), the standard does not allow a residual current device at all, so the protective conductor has to be sorted out first.
How much does an earthing system cost?
It depends on the soil and the number of electrodes needed. Labour starts from 250 lei + VAT per hour per electrician, and materials are invoiced separately. You get a written quote before we start.
What do I receive at the end?
